She gave us a bag of nectarines, lychee and plums to take on the road with us. In China, nectarines are eaten when they are still hard and a little green. I don’t think I’ll ever eat a soft nectarine again.

Thanks for checking in JC. We are hoping to keep up with our 20+ mile days so we can enjoy a few days in Hong Kong at the end of our trip. At the same time, we don’t want to miss what we are passing through has to offer. We are already talking about coming back and doing a road trip.
